Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, launches, or promotions), processing times may extend slightly.
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

International Shipping

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
- Premadonna Cookware is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur a reshipping fee.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Premadonna Cookware is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- For missing packages, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
- If needed, we are happy to assist with filing a carrier claim.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
